Company truck just blew threw my construction site at over 100km witha flager waving it down. Learn some respect!

Disappointing experience, project still incomplete. I originally picked this company to do our roofing as the guy who did the estimate was on it right away. He came out within a day and provided a detailed quote. I appreciated his professionalism and timely response. Unfortunately my experience following this has been extremely stressful, and many months later I am left with a partially completed project. Things that were in the original quote were not done, and now I have been billed more to have them completed. Getting a response from our guy has been near impossible, and we feel like we are constantly placed on the backburner. We have been waiting 6 months to have skylights installed, despite going out of our way to line up trades people to assist the roofers with the installation. It’s all just very disappointing and has caused me a very high level of stress dealing with this when I feel it should be a simple job. I know nothing about roofing and skylights and I thought I was hiring people that would help.
