As well the emails from Penfolds I received were courteous in tone and very personal. the on-site crew were friendly, courteous to my elderly parents whose home it was. I used Penfolds for my roofing needs when I built my last house 10 years ago. I was very pleased with the quality of their torched on roof membrane work. When I did a major renovation work to my new house recently, I again retained their roofing service. This time was for metal roof. Again, I was happy with their work. In both instances, their staffs were punctual, courteous and professional in the execution of the work. I would use Penfolds again should the roofing requirement arise in future and would recommend Penfolds to others.

From first contact to last, the Penfold's team were great. The salesman was friendly, knowledgeable and professional. The crew who replaced the roof worked unbelievably hard. I am amazed at what they accomplished in the time they were here - I expected the job to take at least 2 days longer. The job site was cleaned up every day. At completion, other than a beautiful new roof, you could not tell they had been here. I would highly recommend Penfold's to anyone considering a new roof.
