Do NOT trust this company. They will steal your deposit and not complete the work.

Had roof done but roof leaks, and I would stay away from the rennovations side of this business.

Gord took my deposit of $5000 for the roof in Jan 2017, and simply ran off with it. He delayed and delayed through spring, into summer, fall, then winter. The roof was leaking on my new tenants and damaging newly installed floors. No sign of Hamilton and Sons. We eventually had to get another roofer to do the job. Gord has not refunded my deposit, and now I have no choice but to seek damages in small claims court. It looks like hes taken his website down. What a nightmare.

Gord and the guys are the best. They did a great job on my roof and they are always there to answer my call whenever I need them even to cleaning out the gutters. Thanks again guys for the quick response.
