I called Jim (the owner) on a Sunday and he came immediately to look at our roof from Campbell river to Courtenay. He did the quote fast and had the materials ordered within a couple days. He got a roof on our house at the beginning of December - a terrible time of year to do a roof- we didn’t have to wait. He was incredible. He’s incredibly knowledgeable, when above and beyond to replace our roof for half of what other companies quoted. He’s busy for a reason, he’s very good!:)

Called for roofing quote. He inspected roof. Knew he was busy so didn't expect quote immediately. Heard nothing for a month. Called the owner of the company who I initially talked to and he said he "forgot" and would put quote together shortly. 2 months later and I still have no quote and has not returned any of my voicemails that I have left to inquire about the quote he was going to provide.
