Called to ask for a quote for a roof repair and small roofing job. He said he'd send someone out but no one ever came. Called back again and he sent someone out. Guy tried to convince us we needed a new roof when two other roofers said it had a few years left & we just needed a repair. Called back to inquire about the quote for the repair & other job & was told he'd "call me right back" but didn't. Been a week and still haven't heard back from him. Guess if I decided to replace my roof he would have called. If you are not interested in a job then just be honest upfront and say you aren't interested in small jobs or repairs that don't involve replacing an entire roof or that you are too busy so you aren't wasting people's time.
