crooks. do not pay their suppliers, who end up placing liens for non payment. wish i could give them a 0 rating.

Fraudulent company that carries out poor workmanship then refuses to own up to their mistakes. Gave us 30 year guarantee on labour and material but refuse to fix leaks less than 15 years after installation. Do not recommend them whatsoever.

When I contracted Hays Roofing to do the shingles on my roof in 2004, I was quoted and invoiced with a 30 year product guarantee on Cambridge branded fiberglass laminated shingles. It has only been 13 years since installation and my roof has multiple areas where rainwater has collected and descended into the drywall. On another document, I was given a guarantee of 25 years for different brand of shingles they did not mention on the invoice and quote. Upon contacting them I was told they have no idea how that must have happened and rather than address the issue regarding the warranty, I was re-quoted the price of redoing the work. He is blatantly invoicing a different product than the one he installs then refuses to honor the warranty

HORRIBLE. DO NOT USE THESE GUYS!!! Darryl did a roofing job for me to stop a leak that I had. A month later leak was back and was even worse then before. I called the company and they said they would come back and do the job but they never did. I called they said they were coming that day, but they pulled a no show. This happened at least 3 times. What a bunch of crooks. LOUSY and DISHONEST. Shame on u guys ripping off hard working people!

To offer a warranty with no intention of honoring it is dishonest. I would not trust this business.
