Gurpal and his crew was amazing. He immediately came and fixed my leaky roof and then scheduled me in for the roof replacement. He has now completed the roofs for two of my properties. If they didn't want the job, why did they say they would do it? Nothing is more frustrating than a company that says they'll come do the job, and then don't show up. Repeatedly. This morning, the Manager was to come and "make it right" but even he couldn't be bothered to call that he wasn't coming. It's too bad because 2 years ago they did a great job on our roof. Now that we want to finish a part that wasn't done before, they gave us a quote, tried to increase it when their guy wanted more money, and don't show up when they say they will. They don't even call to reschedule. Just nothing. We can no longer recommend dealing with GL Roofing. If that changes, I'll update this review.
