We were super happy with Northwood Roofing! Sales rep Eric was knowledgeable and provided a firm quote to replace the roof and gutters on our character home and garage. They stuck by their quote, no nasty surprises whatsoever! Jesse and crew were awesome, they worked hard and completed the job in 3 days. They left the site spotless. Best part was that they installed a beautiful skylight. Jesse went the extra mile to make sure everything fit and was working properly. Thanks Northwood!

Not sure on the negative comments but I didn't know who to call and these guys where great. Had a leak during a heavy rainfall and they came within a couple days to see the problem. Showed me the issue and came back in a few hours with the materials to fix the problem. Didn't have to deal with paying after the work was fixed as office staff sent a bill by email and paid on Visa. No hassles and I didn't even have to be home for them to fix the problem after they showed me as I had another appointment that day. Will be sure to use them again next time an issue comes up.

Professional, prompt and fair ! As a realtor I I am cautious to recommend service companies for my clients. Those who I have recommended to Northwood have been very satisfied. One client mentioned that they went beyond the scope of the job to get it done to their standards at no extra cost . These guys are good!

There are always good and bad reviews of any business but Northwood Roofing is one that definitely goes into the "Best" category. They did a great job installing our roof four years ago and have be absolutely fantastic with follow up service and fixing a couple of minor repairs. The office is very responsive to deal with and the technicians in the field are all very professional, explain what they are up to and get everything done right.
