Steve has been our personal and business roofer for our rental properties. For more than 10 years we have recommended him to family and friends. He has done more than 10 roofs for us. All was well until one roof start leaking at 5 years old, Steve said wind tunnels. Then it leaked again and again and again and after 13 years we are replacing the roof and even though we are willing to pay for a new roof he has stopped taking our phone calls or texting us back. You need a roofer who will come when things go wrong as they sometimes do. Steve and Benco Sales are not those guys.

I find certain things I am looking for at a good price. Some of their power tools need proper repair before sales.

Super awesome owner, knows customer service and has awesome collection of materials if you're renovating your house or washrooms.

Staff was nice and prices were pretty good.
