The service provided by Ridgeway Roofing was outstanding. Not only did they respond to my leaking roof inquiry fast, but as I was working and unable to be there in person for their visit they went above and beyond to make sure I was fully informed of the issue and the actions they were taking to repair it. Without being asked they not only text me many photos of the source of my leak and their repair work, but they took video and sent this to me also - amazing service! Obtained three quotes, other two said the only way was to replace the whole roof and quoted us very high prices. Until John got back to us after same day inspection and said the roof is actually repairable, and that they are able to guarantee it for 10 years. Price was reasonable and job was done fairly quickly, no disruptions whatsoever but we were kept informed. Communication was great, always same day response. The guys are really professional and have solid customer service. One thing I admire about good trades is turning up on time and being clean and friendly. We had storm damage, they turned up withing a short time frame. Did an honest and simple quote. Then they had given us a date to have to works done and like John said he turned up with his time as scheduled and done a fantastic job. Honestly couldn’t fault them.
