Worst customer service I've ever experienced staff were rude. Didn't help at all told me they didn't stock the fire I wanted when it was in the showroom. Took weeks to hear back from them for them to say they couldn't get my yotel parts. Never go there. Worst experience I've had out of entire franchise.

Worst customer service I have ever had.15 minutes before closing and assistant looking at watch and not at all helpful.Said she could not go on computer to look up product as it was in use when it clearly wasn't.Lost sale as won't be going back.Poor not customer centric.
