Louis provided an initial quote quickly, and we agreed a price and starting date, at which point it went downhill. Louis proved unreliable in subsequently changing the date at the last minute claiming a last minute holiday, and then assured me he would ring back and didn't hear from him again. I could have chased again, but his cavalier manner didn't inspire confidence. Throwback to the bad old days of unreliable builders.
