I’m a project manager by trade and nature. I can let you know about London & Kent Roofing Ltd that I had a quote on the day and time slot agreed. My reasons and concerns for the works were discussed and fully itemised in the quote. The date for the works needed to be rearranged not by me, these things happen, but it was helpfully immediately advised, re-arranged, straight forward and convenient to me for another day. The day of the works the guys had the list of works from the quote, had prepped, was all completed great job, conducted happily, respectfully and advice given on some other questions. I had a collection of small works and I would definitely have them back to quote for the same or bigger jobs – I have no doubt they will come back if any follow up needed, they are confident in their work. They have an office and administration management – appointment, communication, quotes, invoices, guarantees. All round professional when considering quotes and work for my home in my opinion.
