Shaun and his team have gone above and beyond our expectations. Our contemporary Zinc roof was extremely complicated and Shaun was always available for technical advise prior to installation and the team that installed the Zinc were polite, helpful and just got on quietly without any fuss. What we thought would be the biggest headache of the build, (with it being a curved and tapered roof ), turned out to be the smoothest. The price was extremely competitive and it was our lucky day the day we came across prestige metal roofing. Cannot rate them highly enough.

Have a problem with a Zinc roof. I paid £30,000. There is several problems with the roof and Shaun will not fix saying he just fits the roof to VM Zinc spec. He does not fix other issues such as cladding coming away. He did not stop water from dorma making a noise which was discussed in emails before the job was given to him. His response was its not on the quote. He now is not returning calls to com and fix the problems. I think he hopes it will just go away. DO NOT USE SHAUN unless you dont want any service after paying him lots of money.
