Overall very good and very pleased with the final outcome. Slight delay in starting the job but this was addressed with an apology and discount once my need for urgency was understood. The trader then did everything possible to complete the job as soon as possible to my satisfaction and even threw in some extras at a reasonable price. Would use them again.
