Called to get a quote. Was told I would get a callback which didn’t happen. Called back a few days later only to be told the roofer is too busy to come out to the Bradford area- I don’t live in Bradford so they took my address and still got location wrong and said he doesn’t have time. Very unprofessional. They clearly don’t listen or communicate with each other and also got no apology.

Mark did an absolutely amazing job and I would recommend him and his team to anyone wanting work on their roof. He kept me informed of all aspects of the job from start to finish - including sending me photos of the work in progress. He had a great friendly manner and I never felt a question was too silly to ask! I felt he charged a really reasonable rate and did a very high quality job.
