Extremely unsatisfactory work carried out by avenir. Sterling board laid down was warped and not properly fixed causing puddles on the roof. Cement fillet was an extremely rough finish. Within a week of finishing the job, had a leak in the porch. Took several times before he cured it but still a problem. Had him down to complain about his workmanship, which he shrugged off and had no intention of correcting it, even though he gives a guarantee which seems to be worthless. Wish I could take photos to post on here but I don't think that's possible. Can't believe the rest of the reviews don't know why I was singled out for such a bad job. DO NOT USE!
