MFR done my roof and it’s absolutely amazing! Very polite and helpful explaining what has happened and what they get done.

August 2018 MFR replaced the polycarbonate roof of my conservatory. Within a couple of weeks the end caps began to fall off. After two phone calls MFR returned to put them back. More fell off soon after. Then the polycarbonate roofing sheets began to slide off into the garden, exposing children to danger in the garden, and leaving the interior open to the elements. After more phone calls MFR came and attempted to secure the panels with different colours of silicon at the ends. This did not work. I arranged a time with MFR for them to come and discuss the situation including the danger to children playing in the garden, and I made it clear that if MFR did not fix the problem urgently then I would arrange it myself and would expect MFR to pay the cost. MFR did not turn up at the agreed time. I spent a day fixing the problem, securing the panels in a standard and effective way. I submitted a bill to MFR for expenses. This has not been paid. I phoned MFR to enquire if my bill would be paid. The phone was answered, but as soon as I identified myself the line was cut. There has been no further contact. Verdict: Unsatisfactory and dangerous roofing work. Unsatisfactory communication. Unprofessional attitude to customer relations. I cannot recommend them for any work.
