Avoid at all costs. They wrongly suggested that previous work done was incorrect and tried to charge to "repair". The original requested work was done poorly, causing my roof to leak again after 6 weeks. When questioned about it they came out and said the cause was elsewhere and proposed a £500 fix. I subsequently investigated myself and fixed their shoddy workmanship (roof felt not properly installed). Let's not even begin to talk about their workers attitudes... Never again will they darken my doors. Very dodgy.

Awful unreliable and poor workmanship. A nightmare to deal with, never turn up and have to be continually chased. Do yourself a big favour and avoid.

Awful never want them out again.

Works carried out in June 17, a couple of slipped tiles on roof and a leaking gutter. Slipped tiles replaced well enough, however leaking gutter was still leaking until i had another company round this week to fix it. I cant blame the roofers for roofcare for this as they came and done the work they were told was required, however upon seeing gutter they told me it was filler tiles that were missing and replacing the gutter joint would not fix the problem, he took some photographs to report to office and when I spoke to office they assured me a surveyor would contact me to sort issue out(jan/Feb 2018!!!) Yes over 6 months after original visit. Guess what never received a call but still receiving letters demanding payment!! Please avoid at all costs!! If it's not a big job the business is not interested as stated earlier the guys who carried out work can't be faulted, they came to do the repairs that the surveyor had said was required by taking photos from our lawn to assess!!! Should have gone with someone else at that point, silly me, live and learn or just listen to people's experiences and go with someone else!!!

Warning, be v careful with this company as i recently had a mis diagnosed quote from them (a chap called Paul Colley) for a so called leaking flat extension roof. The quote was a whopping £3600! Luckily, i sought other quotes and eventually got my MAIN ROOF fixed for £680!!!!!
