Two years ago did the roof bit of a loft conversion. Was irritated by the dishonesty about how little disruption there would be as "everything" would be taken in via the roof. Also the estimated time was about a third of the actual time. Several days nothing happened without explanation. Felt I had to nag to get everything done.
