Roof Shield were working on my neighbour's roof and updated me on the status of my ageing roof. Stewart gave me a quote for all of the work and the team started work the next day. Excellent service from start to finish. After my initial call an appointment was quickly arranged for an assessment of the work. Soon thereafter I received a quote and upon acceptance a date was arranged for the work to be carried out. The workman turned up on time, knew what had to be done and set about their task in an unobtrusive and professional manner. Their manager kept me informed throughout the duration of the work. If there was an error they could look to develop it would be communication by email rather than paper / post.
