We found this company to be dishonest, poor workmanship, lacks professionalism and absolutely no customer care. We choose this company to reconstructed a flat roof in 2009 as they were local and member of FMB & NFRC, they did not adhere to the quote to take off the existing roof saying they had torched it dry which we proved within days was untrue as we broke through and water came down. We also paid for kingspan insulation but when we took the roof off July 2013 as it was not fit for purpose there was a number of areas in the roof with no kingspan. The new roof leaked after 1.5 years and was replaced within 4 years is absolutely shocking for a large company who is winning awards with NFRC who we wrote to regarding the many problems we were experiencing too many to list above. We have video evidence of all stages of proving the problems we encountered when breaking through to old roof and dismantling the new roof. We are still waiting on a refund and have recently contact the programme Rip of Britain as this company ignores all communication.
