We had a quote to take off all the slates and repair the roof of the Manor Arms, Broughton in Furness, a grade 2 listed building. We also needed repairs to one chimney stack and a replacement on the other stack. Vennings sorted all the building regulations and conservation issues - a blessing! The quote was very comprehensive and competitive. We had a 'window' for the work to be done in October and this was fulfilled. The roofers were very professional and just got on with the job. We had a few problems but these were very soon resolved throughout the job. (One of the delights of a building c1768). When Vennings were contacted about concerns the staff were very responsive and efficient. We would definitely recommend the company.
