I had a quotation of £5000 from a roofing firm due to the major works advised by themselves, Roof-Rite were aware of the quote and still advised of an easy fix costing £500, after 4 years, there is still no problem. A very honest firm.

I can't comment on their standard of work as unfortunately I haven't been able to get that far. I contacted Roof-Rite to arrange a visit for a quotation and confirmed that this could be conducted while I was away. Upon my return, as no quote was received, I followed up with a telephone message and received a quotation for something I did not need as had already undertaken. Upon pointing this out to Roof-Rite they did apologise and said they would arrange for a visit to provide an accurate quote (something that was supposed to have already been done) but several weeks down the line there is no sign of anything and I'm at the end of my tether as, in fairness, they are not the only company that has done this to me. I'm apparently stuck in the roofing version of Groundhog Day. Giving two stars as they did respond to my messages if only not in the way I would have hoped.
