Customer service leaves a lot to be desired. After some dispute with work carried out was not able to speak to Matthew as requested. Was presented with invoice to be paid immediately or debt collectors would be used! Customer satisfaction not a priority. Interested to learn they are no longer members of the fair traders as indicated in their letterheads.

Once again another excellent job completed by Action Roofing.After having Matthew and his team replace the Fascia/Soffits and all Guttering on my property i immediately had them back for more work on my parents house.The work was again finished to a very high standard and consideration and good manners shown which goes such a long way. I would highly recommend this family run business with no hesitation.

We are so please with the excellent work carried out on our property, from the first contact with Tracy followed by Mathew's in depth survey we felt confident to go ahead with roof repairs, replacement of all fascias, sofits bargeboards, dry verge, ,guttering, fall pipes and cladding of porch and garage area. The professionalism of the guys at the house exceeded our expectations. They worked quickly and efficiently, being polite, approachable and their attention to detail amazed us. Access was required into our neighbours property who were very impressed they had nothing to clear up, the guys had left it spotless. Thank you to all the team we feel we now have a new home!
