I've used Rowleys now for several jobs, and the work they've done has been first class. Now, if I need any sort of maintenance work or updates to my house, Dave is the first person I call. July 2019: Just got back from vacation after giving Dave and his minions the keys to the house and a tight two week schedule to complete over 8K worth of renovation upstairs. He didn't disappoint, just a couple of minor items to finish off and it looks brilliant. They stripped some really old wallpaper, replastered all the walls, rewired and added new plugs with USB by every bed side, upgraded lighting, replaced all the radiators, put up new curtain rails, and his guys even helped me hang the curtains. All of this was done without me being available to answer questions as I was traveling in Africa and completely out of contact. Seriuosly, a builder you can trust to first class work with no supervision is a rare commodity.

Mr Rowley is absolutely brilliant, gets the work done, never gone back to any of the jobs he has done for me in the last 15 years, is he cheap? Nope.... Do you want a Bentley or a Fiesta? Choice is yours. Well done Mr Rowley.

Asked him to come and give us a qoate a week later he rang . When I explained that I had a couple of qoate he was red to know what others had qoates without even seeing the work that needed doing.Then said I haunt got time to be messed about, so rude!

David Rowley is a Tradesman you would be advised to avoid. He did some work on our roof and caused a leek. We phoned him and he refused to come out and fix the fault. He then stopped answering our phone calls, text messages and emails. He is a despicable ma who took advantage of a disabled veteran knowing that I would not be able to climb on the roof and sort out the problem myself. AVOID THIS MAN AT ALL COSTS
