A representative from this company called Mr Chris Parr came and assessed a job for me and told me my lead valley needed replacing immediately and that they could do the job the very next day. He informed me that i would need to pay upfront for a scaffolding which was £800 and materials which was £200. So i transferred the money over. The next day no scaffolding was erected as promised! For the following 7 days i kept being fobbed off with excuses that the scaffolding wasn't available etc. I then requested my money back and was promised a refund but have yet to receive a penny! I contacted the company and asked to speak with the manager and the manager John told me that he had sacked Chris Parr and that he no longer worked with them! and that it was not their responsibility... Avoid this company at all costs!

Smooth salesman, dreadful builders. I had to pay another company to come out and fix the work Athena did. Athena refused to fix it, and became aggressive after my second request. There are so many good tradesmen out there, be careful who you choose.

I can't praise them enough. From Luke, who came and gave the estimate, to Nelson the apprentice, this team was excellent. They worked so well together and really tried to take care of my garden (important to me) They were cheerful and just worked really hard. When they hit a problem Luke came, discussed it with the team and us, making sure we agreed the decisions. AND the bill was very fair indeed.
