Reliable , honest contractor with competitive rates. Relatively small job but Mike ensured it was completed satisfactorily by his team & even voluntarily returned 50% of the payment when he deemed the job to be less than anticipated .

Mike and his team were great. Removed the shared chimney to below the roof level and reroofed that section. Then replaced the utility room roof. He's knows his building regulations and added fascia level vents with 50mm insulation between the rafters and a breathable membrane.
