Had a leaking roof so called these guys and they said they'd be out the following morning before 10. Mrs arranged to go into work late but they never showed up and not even a courtesy text to say sorry we can't make it. I get that things crop up but it's polite to let someone know if you're not coming so they're not sat around waiting like an idiot.

Having had bodged roof repairs in the past by various roofers, a friend recommended John L Morgan after she had a new roof done by them. I had watched them work on a house locally during the summer and was impressed by how hard they worked. Their quote was competitive and the work explained in a friendy easy to understand manner. They turned up as promised, did an excellent job and cleaned up before they left. I would certainly recommend this company and will use them in the future if I require any of the services advertised on their website.

Arranged to quote but didn’t bother to turn up. Also one of their vans cut me up (when I had a new born baby in the car!) so personally I won’t ever be using them. Very unprofessional.
