Excellent product but terrible company to deal with. Atrocious customer service and not willing to put the customer first. If you want the product buy through third party supplier as you'll get better service

Purchased epdm on the Friday and promised it for the Monday, the delivery did not arrive. Contacted the sales department who blamed the delivery company they use. Product turned up the next day leaving me to pay my roofer for 2 days intead of one day. Contacted the sales department who were rude and would not accept any responsibility for the late delivery. Suggested that I take it up with the delivery company, not their fault. Presume next day guarantee doesn't necessarily mean that it is guaranteed but sounds good. Customer care extreemly poor.
