Firstly I have never had work done by this company so my review does not reflect workmanship in any way, nor the management of the company. The reason for the low score is really down to the attitude of staff who in turn represent the company. Having an altercation with one of their roofers in London first thing in a Monday is really not what I or I am sure anyone would want particular as this individual I am told by the management has made similar moves previously. Upon driving down a residential road the roofer was sitting in his 2014 VW van and opened the door right in front of my car. Causing me to have to brake from about 20mph right down to stationery in a matter of feet. After shaking my head at him he shouted various obscenities and then proceeded to chasing me down the road waving his fist. Possibly a deranged individual or maybe one under the influence of something but I just drove off. I managed to get the name of the company from the side of the van and called them just to explain what had happened. The road, although quiet, was busy with children walking and other people on their way to work, all of whom saw what happened. A great advert for the business! He seemed like the type who would get out of his van at the traffic lights and give another driver a punch who perhaps got in his way. Management didn't seem too surprised and understanding is it hard to get rid of people these days surely there is a danger of him doing more harm than good reputation wise. Also, imagining a female had been driving at the time it is likely they would have been very intimidated. I am sure the company offer decent enough work but do bear the thought that at least one of the workers is a maniac, would he kick off if you queried something about his workmanship? Who knows. Anyway the police are aware of this situation just for any similar eventualities.
