Gilesgate Builders recently replaced my garage and house roof. Excellent workmanship and good attention to detail. I would not hesitate to recommend them nor to use them again.

Called by my landlord to damp-proof and insulate a damp back extension, as well as fix the roof. Everyone was fast, professional, and very friendly and helpful. They even smartened up bits of the room they hadn't touched and were under no obligation to do anything to, and gave helpful advice on what to consider when putting up shelves and other furniture attached to the new walls! All in all, wonderful work.

I've contacted the number on the website. i had the person hanging the phone on my face while i was speaking to him and said its too far they don't work in that area, despite the fact we're based only 10min driving from Durham city centre. No customer service skills at all.
