No written quote, just verbal and 'I will do it in a couple of weeks'. They just turned up and replaced front soffits and fascia one morning when I wasn't at home. No discussion on requirements. Had wanted black not white, but it was done . Then 'Ern Fletcher' didn't set a date to do the back. His workers were on holiday when it was a convenient date for me. I expected an e mail or text to confirm a date which wasn't an issue for me. But no, they again did the work unexpectedly when I wasn't home.
