We recently got Lee in to carry out a loft conversation after hearing such good feedback on his work. He managed the job brilliant from start to finish and his work was faultless, always went out of his way to ensure deadlines were met and to the standards we expected. Would not think twice in recommending him for any carpentry and renovation work. A true professional with a friendly service, we regularly get compliments on the work he has done. You won't find better!

I called Absolute 1 Roofing for professional help with a leaky roof. Lee came the same day only a few hours later to assess the problem, he sounded knowledgeable and assured us he could fix the problem. This was a holiday let property therefore urgency was the key so we were very happy at this stage. We purchased the materials that he needed to fix the problem as a temporary measure which was carried out the following day, this was always going to be a short term fix until he was able to do a thorough and long term job which he was going to quote for. He came as promised, however with a different solution which he assured us would solve the leaky roof and protect the roof until the end of the season, which we were highly delighted about. The next rainy day came only two days later and again we were faced with unhappy guests, our hearts sank as we realised his assurances were not guaranteed. We tried endlessly to get a response from Lee for help, he avoided all messages & text and eventually his phone was switched off. We paid by cash which he said he was going to drop an invoice/receipt which he omitted to do along with quotes for the job. His lack in communication to resolve and help has left us very disappointed, 10 days has now lapsed and he has still not bothered to contact us. Reliability, professional and skilled work make happy repeat customers, on this basis I would not recommend Absolute 1 Roofing.
