Left a voicemail saying they would be attending my property to complete the job, which hadn’t even been started, having previously done a very poor repair on a balcony for the housing association I rent my home from, this was faulty and flooded my home so needed redoing, obviously the team were not impressed with putting something right for nothing. I was spoken to like a child, laughed at and patronised by someone called Julian when asking relevant questions, and trying to explain the history as he had no knowledge of where the water had come into the property from, I was put on loud speaker and ridiculed by him and a woman called Vicky. Vicky then called me back to say they wouldn’t be attending their previously confirmed appointment, and said that she had been listening to the whole previous conversation and that I had an attitude! Well i wouldn't class asking if they could explain what the plan of action and what was going to happen as having attitude. I’m disgusted by the whole situation. You would think as it was their poor workmanship which lead to my house flooding for the second time they would be more understanding of the stressful situation we are in at present, and be more helpful in explaining what the full plan in all scenarios would be ........ Shame on you Sussex Asphalt. Merry Christmas to you all !!!!
