Total Time Waster. Dropped by to give quote for the roof job straightaway. But then never came round to do it. Kept saying 'will do in 2 weeks' 'will be next week' etc and then stopped answering the phone altogether. Wasted 6 weeks of my time when I could have found another roofer, if he had said he cannot do it.
