DO NOT USE THEM!!! Call around. Had 4 companies come give us a quote for heating and air. Rich was very nice and seemed professional so we decided to go with them.(they were not the cheapest)He gave us information on lenders so we started the application and within 30 days he advised us the price was going up by about $1,000 because of tariffs but we agreed. Then came the Campfire. Our home survived and after we were able to possibly come home I contacted Rich to schedule the install. He then advised me the price was going up over $3,000 now because their quality of work was going to be better. So that made the price for a ductless mini split with 3 heads be over $14,000. I advised him I felt like we were being gouged and asked him to explain it to me. At that time he said they could not install at all. I DO NOT recommend them. I was very nice and thought we were doing business. Call around and get someone else. We got the system installed within 2 weeks and only paid $8,800 which was $1,300 less then their first quote.

Their finance company sucks. They will not send you a bill. They will not tell you that they received your last payment. They will not tell your balance in the mail. They will not provide you an envelope to mail the payment. If you look up their name in your bank account, it will not show. You will have to add manually. And guess what, it will take the bank nine day to send the payment to these guys. And if you make the payment over the phone, it will cost you more.

I recently purchased solar through westheaven. I was an easy sale. I called them, them came right out. They design me a system, and I said let's go larger, so I from 24 to 30 panels, which was no prob. What I purchased was a 9.75kw system that's what I was told. My system never got over 7.6, they (clipped) my system. So after arguing with them, they finally replaced my inverter, after trying to give me a cash out which I refused, I wanted what I paid for. They replaced my inverter several weeks after my main install. Then I noticed my app on my phone was not up dating. Called again, and another couple of day went by, a total of 7 days no production from my system. That means I pay both solar, and possibly electric. Finally the updated my inverter, and told me they would cut me a check for the lost production. I called and emailed, with no response. This company is slow, takes forever to get anything done and is not doing what they said. I wouldn't recommend them, it's too much of a hassle. If it was a new car, I would have returned it. Do not use westheaven solar.

Westhaven Solar was the best company referred to us! We received support all the way to the end from Trevor. He is the best and is so patient and also went above and beyond! Everything was excellent from price, set up and Solar Panels running. Couldn't be more pleased and definitely will spread the word and refer them!

We are happy customers! Install (December 2018) was smooth, everyone very professional. Company is local, been here for many years! Salesman was especially patient and thorough, spent 2.5 hours answering our questions and shared details about his own experience with his family's solar install. We'll know more after November 2019 when we "true up" with PGE. As long as everything goes as planned, panels will have paid for themselves in 7-10 years and we'll still have many more years of generating power from them as they are warranteed for 20 years! We bought the panels (Panasonic brand) w/ a low interest loan (3.5%) through Westhaven, happy about that as well. We are truly happy customers! :)
