Alex turned up on time, was flexible to make things work, (I asked him to wait while I was finishing up with someone else I was meeting), patient, knew how to fix my issue, (hole in the roof), quoted on the spot, turned up the next day to fix it. Very simple, no hassle, will recommend and use again.
