Had someone out to look at a problem I had with water leaking in through my roof. They came out quickly and had a look, took pictures of what was causing the problem to show me and explained what needed done to fix it. Keep well informed throughout of everything that was happening. Overall very happy with the work done and would definitely recommend.

We first met Jamie a few years ago when we needed some roof ridge tiles replaced and so when we had a bigger problem we called Taylor Roofs first. From then on in the service and professionalism of this company was exceptional and every one we encountered had the same attitude ......"customer satisfaction". We now have a full new roof including a fairly big conservatory and all in a week from start to finish. The on site team were superb, diligent , good humoured , cheerful and did not stop and cleaned up every night. Taylor Roofs are without a doubt one of the most professional companies we have ever dealt with . From point of contact to completion of our new roof they were excellent . Project management was superb and we were kept informed every step of the way . The roofer lads were a delight to have around and worked their socks off to complete the job a day and a half early . Impressed with initial contact. Jamie arrived promptly and carried out an assessment of my flat garage/dining room roof and submitted a quote within 48hours. After reviewing other quotes, I decided to go with Taylor roofs. Not the cheapest quote but am delighted with the work and all dealings with Jamie and his team. Stephen, Blair and Jake carried out the replacement of my flat roof. Reliable, professional, quality workmanship, tidy and hard working. The attention to detail was much appreciated as was the sweeping of debris from my roof, cleaning of guttering and touch painting my wall where needed. Received updates from Stephen at end of each day with a follow up from Brian in office to check I was happy with progress. Helped put me as the customer front and centre which is a strength of this company. Nikki in the office kept me up to date with start times and invoicing. A smooth operation from start to finish.
