I bought a late 1920's house with the original materials under the roof tiles - straw etc and it needed a full re-felt with modern breathable felt. I was kept informed of time scales (very quick), the whole experience was excellent - a very professional job from start to finish. The best thing from my point of view was that Stuart delivered exactly what he promised. The work was started and completed on time keeping me informed at all times. The end result is excellent and he made sure everything was cleaned up (including the gutters) and left tidy at the end. I received a full guarantee in writing on the day the job was finished.
