Felt like I had my trousers pulled down and my arse spanked. I paid a lot of money (£600) for what turned out to be 3hrs work. When I checked the Google reviews, turns out that most are fake. Damp from chimney was the main problem they came to solve, but the issue is still there. Got someone to fix in the end.
