Shaun and the team did an exceptional job. They were a pleasure to have around the house. Skilled, hard working, tidy and sociable. Any problems that arose were picked up and dealt with by Shaun without complaint. Good advice at every step. They went way beyond the basic requirements. We had been let down by local roofers twice in the recent past. People who lied to us and did a poor job. Dealing with Swadlincote Roofing was a complete contrast to these experiences. One of the best examples of customer services I've ever experienced. Shaun replaced our roof 2 years ago. Recently we uncovered a damp patch behind some fitted wardrobes and called him in to check it wasn't the roof. Of course it wasn't, his work is excellent. He did identify though that a huge section of the back of our house needed repointing and the old bricks needed a silicone weatherproof coating. Without even asking him he carried out this work for us free of charge. He did this because my husband has terminal cancer and I'm heavily pregnant. He's one of the most compassionate and kind men we have ever had the pleasure to meet and anyone who employs his company will not be disappointed. Can't rate Swadlincote roofing highly enough. Called Shaun on Sunday afternoon said he would call round on Monday sometime to replace ridge tile blown off in last weeks winds,was at my home at 8-35 am Monday as promised and did the job in no time also checked and sealed flashing around the stench pipe.Will definitely use him again polite efficient and reasonably priced will recommend to friends and family.
