The guttering at the front of my house was overflowing and causing penetrating damp. AP Ward came out quickly to survey the problem and replaced the gutter, whilst also attending to some timber work in the eves and minor repointing of a small section of brickwork. The work was done promptly in less than a day, to a high standard and the site left clear of rubbish or debris. Price was exactly as quoted. Highly recommended and would definitely AP Ward for any future work on my home.

I’ve used A P Ward twice in under 6 months for different reasons and I’ve been extremely impressed with Tony and his team. He has a really good selection of builders with different skills, they’re all really friendly and are happy to do that little bit extra without charging more for it. Tony himself did one of the initial visits and didn’t charge me for the call out fee which of course made it an easy choice for me to ask his team to do the work I needed doing. Tony also has a great office based team, they’re really helpful and quick to respond. In my experience it’s rare to find reliable builders who turn up when they say they’re going to, who don’t over exaggerate the job for their financial gain and who don’t try to claim additional costs after the work has been completed.
