We hired DeArmond Construction to build a large outdoor entertainment area. We can’t give zero stars, or we would have. We have had many construction projects completed at our home and this is the first time that we’ve had a totally bad experience. To make this review short, I will just say that Terry DeArmond did not perform in a manner that is anywhere close to acceptable. He was months behind schedule and has never completed all of the contracted work. We have filed a complaint with the California State Licensing Board. CSLB hired an Industry Expert to review DeArmond Contracting’s work on our project. The Industry Expert’s report itemized FIVE separate areas of the construction project that were not completed to industry standards!! And that’s not even counting the portions of the project that he didn’t even do! It also doesn’t take into account the MONTHS that our yard was a construction project...on a project that had a contractual term of 45 days!!

Terry is just fantastic. I honestly can’t say enough wonderful things about working with him. He completely remodeled a 5,000 square foot office building in Murrieta. We were working from Orange County and would come out once a week to see the progress. It was completely gutted and redesigned. Not only did he do it in an amazing time frame, he was always patient and listened when we needed to make changes. Unlike other office buildings, this one was designed more like a home, which meant more attention to detail. He did it all: cabinets, lighting, flooring, raising the ceiling, building walls, tile, plumbing, paints, AC, fire. He was extremely knowable on the city codes. Everything Terry did was perfect and the highest quality. His crew was always so helpful and easy to work with. He also had great ideas for saving money, which was always appreciated. Because of his many years in the area, he knew the best places to buy from and the highest quality sub contractors. Our customers come into the office and think it looks amazing and unique. Our employees enjoy coming to work because is it such a warm, welcoming place. We are beyond pleased with the results. We are very grateful for his effort and truly enjoyed working with him.

Terry DeArmond created a dream backyard for us! His vision and attention to detail was above and beyond. He answered calls and questions quickly, his subcontractors were on time and did a great job. We have had Terry build our 2nd garage/office space, completely remodel our master bathroom, created an outdoor living space and put solar on our house. This contractor can do it all!

Terry and his crew did a fantatic job for us. He did everything that he promised and his Employees are great craftsman. We couldn't be happier with all of there work. His main carpenter all around craftsman Steve answered any questions that we had. You will be very6 pleased with there work on time and on budget. They will go the extra mile for you.

Completed the work as promised on time! Great attitude and customer service. They even followed up 3 times! Will use again.
