Purchased windows from this company 4 years ago, when previous people owned the company. Noticed one of the windows had moisture inside, which didn't dry out. E-mailed a photo to Castle Windows and Tom replied really quickly and gave me a call to come out and view the window and measure for replacing the glass - without question or issue. Turned up when he said he would on both occasions and replaced the pane of glass no problem, even though it was before the company came into their ownership. Very pleased with the customer service and would recommend this company to others looking for windows or doors!

From start to finish Castle Windows have been very professional and helpful. Josh and Billy were excellent, clean and tidy in their work, doing a great job for us. They were very friendly and polite.
