He attended to our matter -leaking roof- within an hour (during bank holiday weekend when no other roofing companies were open) and provided competitive quote very quickly. Ross made an excellent job of repairing our badly leaking roof at the end of July. He added in an overlapping course of tiles on each side of the ridge and re-bedded the ridge itself. The problem was completely fixed in two days. We’ve had a lot of rain since and the loft has remained completely dry. Ross was helpful, reasonably priced, good humoured, straightforward and honest. He paid a lot of attention to detail and left the roof and the site beautifully tidy. He deserves his excellent reputation and I would recommend him without question.
