Worst company ever! Cannot trust Adam at all. He will not provide the guarantee as he promises. It has not been a nightmare year, still leaking roof, and no guarantee. Adam does not answer our calls/messages. Do yourself a favour and never use this company

I am very impressed with Adam and Surecrest Ealing. From Adams first site visit, right through to the completion of our new roof, my wife and I have had nothing but good things to say about his professionalism, superior quality of workmanship and honesty. I have NO idea why this awful company is rated this high. We have had the worst experience with Adam and his team. They started doing our roof in May and at that time we were promised 2 weeks to finish. It kept on dragging on and is still not finished (January) and we have NOT got the guarantee that Adam promises on his website. BEWARE that you won't get a guaranteed roof with this company. He still need to finish a few pieces and has gotten silent. Do not pick up phone and do not reply to texts. He is the most unreliable person and his team is very unexperienced. After almost finishing our roof, it was still leaking, even more than before his team started! It has been a nightmare to go through and still not over... Still leaks in roof and no guarantee. Adam's men also left our balcony and roof in a mess and left their shit (sorry) all over the place and did not clean up after them! I really hope that you do not make the same mistake as us, and choose this company - so many other better roofing companies out there... Surecrest and Adam was a BIG MISTAKE!!!!

This company is scam and completely unreliable to deal with. Adam promised us a guarantee and we still haven't got it yet, 1 year later. No reply from him...
