Thanks, Team Crystal Clear. Start to finish a professional service. The showroom had great examples of the bi-folds we wanted. Fitting after a few small issues caused by builders, but the team helped put it right. Yes I would recommend.
We were sold three Residence 9 double glazed windows for our new kitchen and were very disapointed when the largest (four section) window was fitted into a bay. It was not fit for purpose as it reduced the glazed area (available light) by almost 30% and greatly reduced our view of the garden compared with the original wooden bay window. The quotation was based on hand drawn sketches and we were given no idea of the impact of installing these chunky double glazed units. The staff at Crystal Clear were all friendly and wanting to be helpful and the installation went efficiently. Shame about the result.
Fabulous service Recently had all new windows and a new front door and I couldn't be happier! Salesman James Maggs was very knowledgeable and polite, Joanne the installations co-ordinator kept us well informed throughout the process and Laurence and the lads were first rate tradesmen! Just had Origin Bifolds and Smart systems windows installed by Crystal Clear. Harry and Connor did a great job installing around scaffolders and builders. We are really pleased looks fantastic.
Bad experience!!! Would definitely not recommend. Very upset and unhappy customer, absolutely gutted. Inexperienced fitters, damaged/ruined products/property and misleading information from Laurence and Luke. I just hope our issues will be resolved as soon as possible. Crystal Clear - Thank you for your response to the above comment, however, this review is based on the poor standards in respect of the installation of windows and doors only, all of which will hopefully be rectified by the service engineer when he visits. It has nothing whatsoever to do with the private contract with your installer which I also hope will be resolved very quickly. Thank you.
