We used BSL for various damp-related issues. Ben and his guys were hard-working, efficient, and very diligent. He was always very professional in his approach, and when he told me that some extra work needed doing, I knew that he was being honest as the same work had been recommended in a report he had not seen previously. The work was a bit more complex than he first realised, but ensured that the work was finished properly & was not rushed. Would definitely recommend, and would use him again
