We would like to thank Synergy Power - For meeting our tight schedules in relation to installing our solar Panels - From the moment their Surveyor Visited us to advise the best possible design and layout for the solar array we were confident that we had identified the right installer after having had visits and quotations from seven other installers. Synergy's advised time-scales , for Delivery of the equipments & completion of all the works on site ran like clockwork. Their electrician was very tidy , cleaned & hoovered after all his work was complete - can't speak highly enough of his courtesy & consideration of working in our home. I slight improvement we have suggested to Synergy - is to speed up the process of receiving our handover pack - this was 6 weeks late. All the related FIT paperworks was furnished to within 24 Hours of commissioning & it has now been 14 Months since our installation was completed - we have generated electricity very well. In light of our experiences we would urge anyone thinking of having a solar installation to include Synergy Power within the quote process.
